Shabbat Services and Dinner
Written on April 4, 2009 from the desk of Daniel Alter| April 10, 2009 | ||
| 6:00 pm | to | 9:00 pm |
Shabbat is new, exciting, different, but most important still happening! RSVP now by clicking here.
Here’s the deal. The last Shabbat of every month will be like it always has been - with a catered meal. However the other three Shabbats will be student hosted.
What does this mean? This means that a group of students has generously volunteered their time and effort to make sure that there is always a Shabbat meal and a wonderful Shabbat atmosphere every week. Also, every Shabbat (including the catered ones) you will have to bring $5. This insures that there will be enough money each week to provide a meal. Also RSVPs are still needed in order to decipher how much food to make.
Texas Hillel is striving to make Shabbat as special as ever. Your participation will make certain that the Texas Hillel Shabbats will have the same vibe, just with a new twist. It will still be a place to see all of your friends and have a great meal.
We can’t wait to see you this Friday. Please don’t forget to RSVP and bring $5! RSVP by clicking here.
